Bob Sass Flowers did an AMAZING job with my wedding flowers. I took in an idea of what I wanted, and they far exceeded my expectations! The flowers were delivered to me the morning of the wedding so I didn't have to worry about picking them up. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I ordered the Dish Garden plant for a family for the loss of their loved one. Bob Sass was easy to order from online (as I live out of state), they delivered on time and the plant was received when someone was home to accept it. I appreciate the extra mile to ensure their were home so it didn't have to sit out in the cold. Excellent customer service.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at this flower shop. I live in California and have not yet been able to visit the cemetery where my father and my grandparents are laid to rest. Planning something so personal from another state can be incredibly stressful, but this florist went above and beyond in ways I didn’t think possible. From the very first call, they were incredibly respectful, empathetic and truly understood my situation. They kept me updated every step of the way, calling and texting me the exact moment everything was beautifully placed at the gravesites. They even sent me images so I could see the final arrangements. The customer service is excellent!!Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my family.

It’s a difficult time when you have to find flowers to cherish your mom one last time. Mrs. Sass was so helpful and listened very carefully to what I wanted. Yellow roses and big and beautiful with bright flowers. When I saw it today I was beyond words! The yellow roses for my mom (her favorites) and some sunflowers (my favorite). Bright flowers and it was so big. When she said they could do “big and beautiful “ she wasn’t kidding. Thank You so much to Bob Sass flowers ♥️
